I say that you should start giving infractions for people posting about a new theme. It is really getting annoying clicking the new posts and seeing it there. Plus it has been suggested 1231 times like ikiliki says.

Same for people who post about the old sections.

That doesn't deserve a ban to be honest, It doesn't take to long for a Runelocus member to tell the person suggesting that it's not allowed to suggest this, Just help them out.

This isn't particularly worthy of a formal warning. If they've been informed of what's going on and they persist, then perhaps an informal warning would be issued, but certainly I wouldn't issue a formal warning for this. It may be ignorance, but it's not deliberate ignorance for the most part.
