My friends aren't able to play my server!

Hey! I might need your help.

I have got a 317 Pk server. (it fully works, i can play myself etc.)
But my friends arent able to play it,

How do i have to pack things in?
Only the client or the server / source also?
Do i have to put it on a website and how?
I'm using No-Ip, do my friends also need 2 download it?

I hope you can answer some of these questions. Thanks.

1.If you have winrar then just right click the client file and click on Add to "nameofclient.rar".
2.Only the client
3.You are able to create a website by using webs.com or smf etc but i recommend smf. (I don't know the exact name of smf anymore and the link)
4.Start no-ip -> Select host and check your no-ip adress.
Make sure you've created a host..

1. portfoward -.-
2. use mybb not smfforfree
3. before u release your client, change the ip so it connects to your server rather 127.0.0.1, compile, make a copy of it, in the copy u are releasing, delete all the java files, then hide everything else besides "run.bat" and maybe a "README.txt" then upload to mediafire or megaupload
