Detecting or choose revision if you create a project. RSPS Examples (Like Networking or Packets). I got allot more ideas.

A good bit of IDE's will already list functions and variables for you, the need for revision is redundant when it comes to an IDE, but I do see where you may be coming from. An IDE specifically built to know common (and known client) functions. I'd stick with a professional IDE however.

I dont really see what RSPS features something like this could have, in order for it to be significantly better then eclipse or netbeans.

Don't listen to this kid ^^
If its something that you want to do then you should do it. If you make it I'm sure somebody would use it.
