24 hours vote timer doesn't make any sense

Whenever I try to vote for: Only the registered members can see the link.

I get => Error: You have already voted and must wait 24 hours to vote again.
Evading this lock is against our rules and is easily detectable, expect your computer and IP-address to be blackmarked if you evade this.


I can assure you it's been well over 24 hours since I last voted, anyone else having the same problem?

It didn't remove the voted IP addresses 24 hours after they voted. So yea, anyone.
