Tzhaar-Ket-Om (AKA Obby maul)

Okay well I'm looking for something new to invest in at the grand exchange after achieving 80 hunter.

And well I found what i think could be, THE JACKPOT!

After looking at the graphs for the Obby Maul I realised that the price has just started rocketing up, high. So I have invested 1m into them hoping to make the dump price at 250-300k OR maybe higher. at the moment they are aprox 150k and over the last week or so they have risen 100k in price from the starting price of around 50k.

So if your looking to make lots of money, buy obby mauls (Max price and as many as you can) so that over the next few weeks or maybe even days the price will have increased big enough as to sell at low price whilst still making a profit.

Why would you by an item when it's price reached almost max? It's not going to rise anymore.

ROFL, that's where your wrong. You can never have a max price on any item unless it reaches the maximum amount you may have on Runescape. Also enough people buying the item at max price will show for a high demand of the item meaning that the item is going to raise even higher in price.

My god I don't feel like explaining this all. By max price I ment by that's as high as it's going to go for the time being. I've been merchanting for two years now this is going to backfire.. Have fun.

Its generally pointless to invest 1mil - 5mil into an item. You actually need a considerable amount of money, or invest alot in a lower priced item. Even though this might be a great investment, it won't be that beneficial unless you have lots of money to dump into it.

Lets say it just goes up to ummm 150gp? even though the max is like ~250

Now you have 18.7 mil, yes you may have to wait a month, but if you cash in early it'll pay off eventually
