Not all the staff would be able to run because few of them code, and I can't imagine if a group of people try to spam the server.

Well, as you can see the answer is no.
Also about the "millions of players", not even close to millions. Wish so many people played private servers.

Oh and guys, about the porn site. I was actually seriously thinking about making some form of free mobile pr0n site loll, I just don't think it's good for my portfolio.
