I need Help, getting friends Connected.

I have no-ip set up. i just forgot how to get them connected to me, maybe if you can get on teamviewer or add my msn.. i need help ASAP.

Make a client with your no-ip, save & compile the client, then put the client in a .zip or .rar, after that you upload it to a file host & give the download link to your friends. If your server is online they will be able to connect, you use the localhost.
