Is it possible to donate to rune locus at all? if so can you please state how.

Already going to say this: you can't donate with PayPal.
But you can buy a Wallie-Card with PayPal.

One of the places you see the donation option is---->Only the registered members can see the link.>Says "Donate to runelocus" on the top right hand corner.
