About 7.5. Ew, VB.NET, why would you waste your time taking a class on that when you could be learning something actually useful and educating?

Because the course goes like this:
1. VB.NET
2. C#
3. ASP.NET
4. SQL
5. C++

It's for a programmer's certificate (next year I'm going to go Java all out :p)

That is a rather odd chain of languages. You go from .NET where the computer holds your hand to C++, a webserver language, and a data table language. Good luck. If you need any help with C++ leave me a message.

C++ is the last course
I wanted to take Java for RSPS but my mom said it requires you to be in high school -.- (which next year I will be in)

It's so unfair that all the americans get classes on programming. In the UK, we either have to learn at home or wait until university (and if you're not going to university, just learn at home).

I skipped all the high school classes and went straight to college level, but that's because I was already self taught. Just learn yourself, the internet is a wonderful place.

no but even if you take ICT as an option in High school in the UK you only get taught how to use and create, spreadsheets, databases and website (Which means basically using dreamweaver to create a shitty looking website)
