Well, I'm kinda in a bad situation atm. Here's what happened:

Yesterday: I was just browsin', and than something odd happened. I got a pop up. The page's "url" was is 193.107.16.224. I tried closing it, but it wouldn't close. Eventually I just skipped it because, at the time, it wasn't causing any problems. Little did I know...

Like 5 mins ago: Well, up until 5 - 10 mins ago, my laptop was fine. But all the sudden, weird things started happening. I couldn't open any results on google, or any other page for that matter, without c + p 'ing the direct link. Than, it wouldn't let me open tabs. Than, it wouldn't let me download. Than, it wouldn't let me run any programs. So I'm like, mkay I'll just restart, because that normally solves the problem [lawll]. When it started back up, I got a blue screen saying this:

... So I just shut it down, and re booted again.... But I got the same thing.

I'm on my brothers laptop atm... But the thing is -- I can't really have anyone looking through my comp [Someone from dell, for example] because I have some... er... softwear I havn't paid for yet.

So basicly idk wht to do... Help plawkz...?

Technically, if it was a Virus; the guy probably doesn't even know you. You can obtain a Virus from anything. Look if you have the original boot-up disks, tell me if you do; if you do, then you have your solution. Pop it up, and follow the on-screen instructions.
