Anyone know how i can take my music off my ipod to put on my computer. I got my music from my friends house and i want to take it off and put it on my phone now any way i can take the music off my ipod and put it on my computer?

I used diskaid but you can also use Touch copy, Copytrans suite and a few other programs.

I used to use diskaid, now i use Touch copy.
It's a bit easier.

how do you do that with copytrans?

You connect your ipod to it and click the sync button all your songs will pop up on the Copytrans menu then just click and drag as you would with Limewire to Itunes.

@Shishir: Ya I've used Touchcopy, diskaid, and Copytrans suite. All work and all pretty simple. Touchcopy used to be my favorite but I can't find a torrent or keygen for it anymore.

well i cant sync cause ill lose all my music because i have my ipod synced with my friends computer

edit; dling copytrans thought u where talking to sync to itunes

I never used any programs to get them off my iPod, but I can't remember how because my dad did it.

i cant use the copytran it wont install properly anyone else know anything?

odam. was going to suggest disabling auto-sync in itunes, hooking your ipod up, going My Computer > iPod > Show hidden folders > iPod_Control > Music, but i guess apple got smart and basically encrypted all the song names!!

Can't you just USB connect? They sell those at Dollar Tree.
