windows 7 32bit allways getting this program has stopped working!

i allways get it in most program if you need extra info please tell me

i wanted to mod a gta sa map and cant cause of it to D:

You wanted to mod a gta sa map? By editting the data files or adding objects in the pawn script?
The data file editor is kinda unstable, i've had a lot of problems with it.

with the map editor program.. but when i goto open some kind of map or object in it it crashes but it does it alot in other program etc

I suggest to use the map editor of the multi theft auto client, and then convert the code and place it in a SA-MP Server, ill get you some links.

MTA : Only the registered members can see the link.
Converter : Only the registered members can see the link.
SA-MP Server+client : Only the registered members can see the link.

As for other programs crashing, i can't really help you with that. I'm using windows vista myself, and i don't know anything about win7.
My vista used to crash a lot though, untill i completely reinstalled it. It might be a solution for you too, as a last resort.

That's pretty easy with the MTA map editor :)

You can login by typing /rcon login password
Set the rcon password in the server config file.
