Hey guys. I have been doing lots of thinking lately. What have I been thinking about? Making my own community… I have had 3 communities and they all seem to die out because I lack the ability to maintain it. So what do I do now? Do I work hard, long hours to just let a server die again? No… I start it out good and keep it running, and let my Administrators be the ones who run and operate it.
I will be purchasing vBulletin, expensive web host, VPS, and whatever else needs to be purchased to help the community be advanced as possible. I now lack the Administrators. I have a few people who can do some work, but I still need some more. I have a PHP profession, and a medium vBulletin developer. Now I lack a Java developer.
The jobs open are vb developer [if better than current], php developer [if better than current] and a great well known java developer. Now get this… you wont be doing this for free, and to attract the best of the best, I will be paying my administrators every 2 weeks to keep the community going. This will come out of donations, but if donations aren’t high enough then the money will come out of my own pocket.
I don’t plan on this being another leached server, but a highly unique, modern server. So if you think any of these jobs fit you, then be sure to apply.
