I never had this be4 i cud run 2 rs clients and like 2 webbrowsers with 10 tabs.. msn outlook and photoshop and after effects and dreamweaver.. (i cud)
It slows down really bad.. when i want to open like windows explorer it will take me like 20 secs.. while without maybe 0.5 secs..
What do i have to do? im bad at computers btw XD

No it isnt, as i said i never had it before.
And for how far i know someone never stole my RAM chips XD

And when i use something with java it will go like 0.25 then this.

it might be because your intrenet is capped for some reason when my intrenet is capped my comp goes slow as shit

LAN =/= WAN/Internet Speed

However, I find that MW2 + Chrome just caused a load of lag - which it didn't do before.

Could be a W7 update making everything slow :P

Can I see your run.bat?

Sometimes it's set to give it like 1GB of RAM when it only needs like 256MB
