READ PLEASE!

This is in help thread right? Is this just for server help? Well I think it is because it is help and people need help so is this disemboweling the rules of runelocus?
I don't know.
:troll:

Now I'm going to explain this in the easiest way possible

I don't want to explain how to port-froward there are to many questions/problems so I will use U-Torrent
It is easy and simple to use with you're internet.

Beware
You're internet may LAGG up and the people playing on you're server will not like it :P
So get VPS and learn to code! GL

Geting No-Ip
You want this first!

1. Download it from here - Only the registered members can see the link.
2. Make an account here - Only the registered members can see the link.
3. Make you're no-ip name or look in the pictures
Add a host

First we want download u-torrent

If you don't use this you're going to regret it because, you need it for the server.

Only the registered members can see the link.

Now lets explain it and how it works..

All it does is by-pass you're internet like port-forwarding but it does it for you! Haha cool eh? Not really!

1B How to make U-Torrent work

Once you're done downloading it, you want to open it.. Once its open click on Options Then click Preferences
Enter 43594 in that little port number next to random port. Click apply and ok.

2 Downloading JDK

We wont need JRE Because the compiler also will use JDK correct me if I'm wrong, But heres the link to download it.

Now once it is downloaded put it in this file location.

Computer/Program Files/Java

If it does not go there you will be fucked.
About this program

Basicly all it does is run you're server and compiler there you go.

3. Makin you're server run!

First we want a server source. I will not offer you one because I have no clue what you like, But I suggest this.

Only the registered members can see the link.

Now you want to do this.. Just click on runserver

If it does not work then you forgot something or you did not set envoriment varriables to you're computer. This sets the JDK I think I don't know about that but I use vista if you are reading this and useing vista then I have no fucking clue!

Step 4! Compiling you're server

All you have to do is do this..
Only the registered members can see the link.

Step 5 Chaning the ip on you're client

To do this open you're client location

Witch is src

Open applet_sub1

Do ctrl+F and look for 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1
change it to you're ip like jakeownz.no-ip.biz or deeznutz.no-ip.info
and compile and bam! You're done.

You don't need uTorrent, you can use router portforwarding aswell ;) and there's a million tutorials on uTorrent Portforwarding, I might make one about the Router Portforwarding later. Good job though ;)

Its the same, regardless of the operating system, other then Windows 7, were the java files are found in Program files (x86), instead of the default Program Files.

to bad you can't buy intelligence from Dragonkk or Vincent. If you knew anything about computers you would realize its just the source path that changes dumb shit.

Instead of covering your .no-ip Host's why not cover your IP.

64 Bit only has Program Files (x86), Others are only Default Program Files.

64 Bit only has Program Files (x86), Others are only Default Program Files.

Since I really don't care about what OS is what (Boo Macintosh <_<.. Jk ;o) I have a Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit PC and I have a: Program Files & Program Files (x86) folder. <-- For my Desktop.

I have a customized laptop for my specific needs.. And I only have a Program Files folder and it's a 64-Bit laptop. I'm saving for the new Envy laptop. :) HP = #1. :3

You just taught the user's how to host a server. This is not for Vista. This will work on every computer Except Mac's.
