Good Source to start with?

Hello, although I'm somewhat new to this site, I was wondering if there is a good and decent stable 525/562 out there with no customs, and easy to set up? I plan on going from a beginner Coder/Owner to a good one. But I hear that 317 are easy but I think there's way to many out there. Thanks for reading and I hope to get a good reply! :)
