Help with Windows 7

Ok, i just bought a new Windows 7 laptop, and this is the first time i tryed to use the internet. It says i have Internet Access, but once i go on the Internet Explorer, it says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" and once i go into the network and something it says im connected.


NOTE: this is the first time im using Windows 7, so please make it step by step.

Do you not get i JUST bought the laptop and i cant get on the internet?! how can i have TV if i dont even have internet to GET IT?

Chill out, you said your connection is fine however your web browser cant load the page. Try logging onto an internet based program, (e.g. msn, an online game) if you can connect to them. Your internet is fine, then try clearing your cache, attempt to go to another website. If none of this works just search google for help, you will find ALOT more help there, then you will here.
