View Full Version : Little changes; some SEO work and new pictures for the server signatures

I've made a few changes today to make it easier for search engines to browse our website, cache everything and rank us nicely.
Links to the details page on the toplist and status page will now go to Only the registered members can see the link. instead of the original Only the registered members can see the link.
The original links do still work of course, they're shorter and easier to remember, but the new link is just for SEO reasons.
I have also added some new background images for the server images. The image will display a random background each time.

I also forgot to mention that I've given every single page on the toplist, status page and homepage an unique title.
Previously it just said "RuneLocus - The RuneScape Private Server Resource & Community" and similar, but now it contains the server name or name of the page.
It's pretty weird I forgot this since the reset because this is one of the most important things when it comes to SEO lool. Thank god we were already high ranked before the reset, could've been dangerous for us.
Btw nice news:
Only the registered members can see the link.

Just add an 'S' and it messes it up. :(

There's a large difference between S and non-s dean ;)
Only the registered members can see the link.
"runescape private server" is obv > "runescape private servers"

Those graphs are showing search volume of Google searches, they aren't showing the stats of your website so it can't be compared with awstats.
