Runelocus Toplist Suggestions.

Hello Runelocus Community,

I have seen for a long time as I am very active on servers that less by less action is tooken towards cheating servers. I am suggesting more People besides Marc/ikikili to be able to make decisions on toplist such as moderators or people of his own choice. Why?Some of the reasons are that alot of the servers are cheating, and trust me, I completely understand that Runelocus is still in process/Busy working on forums and other updates so Ikikili is very tight and busy. But currently, many of the servers have been reported/Cheated with 100% Legit proof but no action was tooken. I'll name some examples : (RegretScape) Got from rank 12th to Rank number 1 in 1 day, How?The OWNER and all the administrators In-game were promising 100$ Donation items for next voter and administrator/Moderator positions and the Bottom of their chatbox, it said "Vote at Only the registered members can see the link. For ags and admin status", Yet there still on the toplist. Another example : CorruptionX 562 got all their votes by giving out items for every voter but they weren't removed because the guy has [Donator] in front of his name?I know this is turning into a Rant and such but this is just encouraging other servers, This can mean many other servers can just give Administrators or moderators [Donator] status on a staff account and get votes but not get removed...

Suggestion : Toplist Moderators to be able to request a server remove/Vote frozen if they see enough proof and the Runelocus Owners/Administrators agreeing to them as long as the Moderators see enough proof.

I know I have ranted a Bit above, But it's just not fair to other servers, even though it is not my business about what others do.

uktz was never a "toplist" mod. He just went through the toplist looking for cheaters himself.

I particularly think this is shouldnt be added, I think you don't understand what the perspective of a mod/admin is. A moderator first sees a report topic, confirms its legit, and notices the administrator. The administrator will take action. Think of EVERY user who registers will be a toplist mod, thats why theres a toplist report section.

HOWEVER, I do COMPLETELY agree with this regretscape problem, regretscape should be removed from the toplist. Althogether, great suggestion, creative mind you has :)

You mean particular people that are allowed to delete servers? This can cause a lot of havoc and an increase amount of posts in the reports section, the mods will be too stressed. I meant by everybody being a toplist mod because regular users can report any abusive server.

No, not that Moderators can delete servers, they can make final decisions on whether the server should take punishment or not, and their decision should be counted.

Yeah i'd like it if there was specific people that were lind of like toplist mods, but then some people will betray and before they do that, they'll get tons of servers banned. That can't be done, so just leave it to the mods i guess. iki i guess needs to give toplist modcp to mods? idk

I am not suggestion that moderators get toplist MODCP, that would be asking a little to much because alot of things wrong can happen, I am saying like if for example, someone reports regretscape showing that they are giving items for voting and under their chatbox it's saying "Vote for voteags.tk for free ags+admin status", than a moderator can say, "Decision : Removed off toplist for this month or, Frozen votes for 10 days' and their decision should be granted.

I think I might just remove the complete toplist, causes too many fights and ruined the complete RSPS webz. Every server tries to get the others off the list, offline or whatsoever. Yo guys, go team up and help each other like we always did years ago.
Private servers turned into a shithole because of people like you only thinking about competiting. Go team up and competite with Jagex, instead of other private servers because they have a #2 rank and you have #3 or whatsoever. There's no difference.

Now THIS is the exact reason why I am no longer interested in "regular" private servers myself, and why I wasn't sure if I would remake the site.

I just checked out a couple of websites and noticed every single server calls their competitor (the servers above their server or the server just below them) a "shit leeched server".
I think people have to grow up.

That's not the fact, the fact is that, Just because a donator is getting all the votes, that will tell people that they can do the same as long as they put a [Donator] sign up or such, Competition is a good thing between the servers, The fact of one above the other by cheating isn't, for example, Regretscape finally got some action tooken for cheating.

bottom line i miss the 2008 toplist it was so fair no fighting and a lot of decent server now are just NEWER servers and it just doesn't seem rsps to me anymore thats why i quite rsps.

I asked him nicely to stop getting votes in exchange for items, even banned this guy for a day since he wouldn't stop. He finally did. That was creative...But not like everyone is gonna go on other server's status pages and their websites to see, unless you like hunting for them and have nothing else better to do,But i still think Toplist Moderators are necessary to quicken deletion if they feel its necessary.
