Little help on VPS purchase.

Well, I was going to wait to buy a VPS, but I decided that I'd just sell my Runescape account. Well, I sold my account, and went to VPSland.com. I logged on my account that was awaiting a payment, and I clicked Paypal as my Payment method. Well, I logged into Paypal, and clicked send money and was greeted with an error message telling me to go back to where I started and re-do the payment. Well, I went back and I no longer see a Payment Option, but I see a message at the bottom of some document on the page the payment options are supposed to be. It says "Comment:Order on the Container creation"
Then i see a yellow dot, and it says On Payment. Could anyone clarify for me exactly what that means? I'd love to know so I can get my VPS.

Your money is already took from your paypal, or not?

Doesn't say it has been, so I'd assume not.

Just make a new payment.
Pay it, no error will occur. There have been because they were changing templates etc.
