Selling Accounts

So this is the underground section, but are we allowed to sell accounts?

Just wondering, cause ive got one I want to sell.

Str pure/skiller only level 36, but 20 att, 50 something str and 35 prayer. (Kickass combo, and he has some ok skilling stats)

The selling of accounts (i.e. Blackmarket) is not permitted. You may give away accounts for free etc but you may not sell them. The reasons are obvious. Thank you.
