[C#] Custom Patcher request

Hey, every time I search for something like C# patcher, it comes up with useless links (Game patchets etc)

So i'm here asking, if anyone knows of a tutorial that'd help me create my own patcher.

Credits shall be given to who ever can help me.

Update: I've added a temporary messure, that prevents a user using an out-dated client.
Still need to find a working patcher how ever :c Searched on google all day today, and failed to see a good tutorial.
