I'm going to have to say, this is got to be the worst client i have ever seen for beginners, sorry let me take that back, for anyone. You don't want all theese bullcrap models in your game screwing up everything, get a regular 377 client without models and major edits and work from there, thoose are best for beginners.

Yes they are, idiot. They weren't included in the 317 Revision of Runescape, therefore they are refereed to as custom items.

That means you're windows vista acct doesn't have admin rights. Say run as admin.

Lemme explain to you what "For Beginners" means.
It means that you start them out on a clean slate. You don't spoon feed them all those shitty ass custom items & places.
Then they will get confused and try to release there server right when they DL it claiming that they made it.

ok what you do is go into the server file, the go to data>characters> then click on your name.
scroll down a little untill you see player rights, it should say something like this. playerrights= 0 what you need to do is just change that 0 to a 3. then save the text document and compile the server. then you're owner!

This is just a distribution of deltascape. I advise starting of with a PI based source and client as that is what most servers are using at the moment. No point getting used to a server that is out of date.
