What help did I need...? I don't have a clue what you're trying to say, so I'm just going to assume you're asking me why I think this topic is pointless.

It's pointless because he posted a picture of the worlds most basic registration form, and the only information he's given us is that he's working on a 'cms portal' using php, html and css. It's not going to use php, c and pascal is it? Oh and we know it's called iNoob Ltd which allows us to take a very good guess on what the project is about.
