WTF? Says my server is offline but its actually online i can connect and all!

I had a server before and it was hosted on my old router that i had and it worked fine people can connect to my no-ip and everything and it was perfect just my router was glitched up and would restart every like 5 mins so it was terrible for hosting cause people would just lag in and out every 5 mins, but now i bought a new router my internet is PERFECT 100% and i set up the portforwards on the router website where you enter your ip address in the url bar. please help me someone it's not saying its online! give me suggestions please thx.:(:(:(:(

When i had my old router i had a different server im just saying i decided to create another server again cuz i didnt have that D.C every like 5 min problem and my server was on status page for like 3-4 hours still says its offline
