Aw you could get easily 99 construction with 25mill.Just simply do the minigame stealing creation and get hammers.They give a huge amount of exp.
I also have 60 prayer.Just use a gilded altar :)
And prayer is so easy but so expensive.

P.S. Nice character :) I want those circus cloths so bad.. but my range sucks :(
