RSPS Help With Making A Server

Hey guys! Well so far I have looked at over 30 guides, downloaded every client/source, and have signed up for almost every single rsps help site there is. I have gotten to the part where I log into the client / source and one I move, the entire thing shuts down. I need help!! I know basic coding(no, I am not as newbie as you thought:p.) All I need is for people to help me get my server up and running,being able to upload it to the internet, and have people be able to access via Runelocus. If you guys could just send me messages to MSN, hopefully it'll all work out!

Make it recognise your jdk version, it will prob help the problem.

Also, I am in the process of trying to host. The person that wants me to host for them told me to run no-ip, make a host on their site, and just run it? I do not think this is right, as this will not allow people to play on the server alone, the server itself has to be running along with a no-ip? Can someone please help me with this and add information?
