If you read the simple version of the rules you would know trading items, cash, ranks (admin/mod/etc.) and things like that is not allowed.
Only the registered members can see the link.

The idea of the toplist is to just add a simple link to the voting page, and let people vote when they like your server.
You kids are changing the complete idea of toplists (just like you did with the word "donating") into a list that shows people which server is the best in bribing.
