transarent sprites..

i need help some of my sprites arnt transparent, i used 'GIMP' to edit the sprites and i hade it so the background was transparent but this is what get:

does any 1 know how to fix this, and no its not in the cache.

oh i can do them easy i can make them transparent with photoshop

What are you saving the image as?
