Fix the RSPS section like it use to be. The new layout is kinda... Empty. Example

"How to change exp rates on a 317" is not a tutorial. It's a snippet.

If you wanna be specific, none of the tutorials here (with a few exceptions) are true tutorials. A tutorial is supposed to teach you something, but what we have are at most some code snippets with a brief and usually wrong explanation of what it pertains.

C&P shouldn't exist in my opinion. Its just a section that encourages shitty code, programming standards and threads that teaches you nothing. The only two sections involving code specifically should be "Snippets" and "Tutorials" while forcing revision tags on each thread, but again that's just my opinion.
