I used to have good animation studio software for any kind of image/video but i cant remember what its called ...

I record videos in Hypercam which saves them in avi format, then I use 123 AVI to GIF Converter to make the images. This program allows you to altar the image quality, the speed or even delete certain frames. However I recommend buying (or using cracked versions) to avoid watermarks splattered over your image. Finally use an online gif editor (just google it) to add final touches (eg your name or your server name)
