i have a couple of programs that i no longer have the cd's too do to the fact they are old. i also have my website i have been working on for awhile too, im going to reboot the windows on my comp, how do i backup these files? i tried using online backup but i cant find a good online backup that can support over 7gb of shit. my website is 4.10gb right now

External hd, usb stick, other pc (send over lan network)

i have no external hard drive, no usb stick cause i lost mine, and only 1 pc on my network

If you chose to install windows 7 you can chose to keep the files that you have.

i dont have windows 7 installation cd's.

Get some CD or DVD-R's and burn your crap on them.

Yeah I think you can burn anything on a cd/dvd

Of course, why couldn't you? Just so long as overall amount doesn't exceed the CD/DVD's capacity.
