I need some help with adding custom clan wars. 317 Delta source.

I don't want it at apetoll. If anyone can post me link for tut or if any one would like to help me coding it then add my msn ( game-shawes@hotmail.com ). You don't have to code it if you don't want, just tell me how to do. :)
