Problem approving server?

Each time i try to approve, it just says
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'rlocus'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/rlocus/public_html/approve.php on line 6
Could not connect: Access denied for user 'rlocus'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

It always worked, but now it doesn't work anymore?
I typed in my server ip, it should work normally right?
Please help.

I'm having the same problem, I added my new server into the toplist, but I can't approve it.

Maybe it just isn't working yet and we have to wait till the next month wich won't take too long :l
