I didn't make any... it was fine and then i just portforwarded it and it just gets that error on this computer i moved it too my other computer and it works fine i even got it online for like 2 hrs but i need it on this computer and i get THAT ERROR

I'd try simply restarting your computer, as well as checking all other computers on your network to make sure that none of them are currently running a source which would cause your IP to be "already in use".
