Your lines aren't to accurate, and I hope the pupil is supposed to be like that.
You need to fill in the iris, add eyelashes, eyebrows, etc. now. :D

@Update:

Why'd you blend the eyebrows? The eyebrows need to stay sharp and have that hair look to them.
For the pupil you should add a shine to the top right, as that is where the light appears to be coming from. And go easy on the blending, you went kind of heavy there. Just lighten it up and don't blend that strong, it appears really, really blurred.
But I know your a beginner, and honestly this is really good for beginners. KIU!
ps: add eyebrows

So. Add eyebrows. If only I knew how to do that

They need to start at a curve and gradually straighten. They also start thicker, and as you continue the line should decrease in size.

Ohlul, eyebrows. Well the same basically applies. Depending on where you start (I prefer the lower section of the eye, as it's much easier) you'll need to increase/decrease in size as you continue your strokes. Starting as I do, you need to keep simple and not very thick strokes that overlap each other, thickening and becoming a bit longer the farther you get. You should already know the placement.
