So I've just been out with mates; ended up in giving a statement to the police. Basically we we're chilling on the park, noticed a guy sat in some bushes, asked him if he was okay, he said yeah, he was drugged up or something. My friend came to tell us about this guy that he might of needed help. Soon as we walked over he legged it into some tree's. Noticed he had a camera and took pictures of kids around.

I waited at the park with my friend Gemma, Mates went chasing him for the camera (damn paedophiles). He refused, was told he went to hit my mate who is a Muay Thai fighter same as me. My mate just decked him; guy came running out after me and Gemma walked to other side. Covered in blood; face completely covered in blood.

He stayed in an ally, neighbours called police, they came he admitted to taking pictures of kids. Now my friend may be getting done for assault when he just prevented child paedophilia.

If the guy swung first, then it's not assault. It's self-defense.

With the cops its vrry hard to get off on self defense. Funny thing is that if a cop starts beating you and you hit him back even in self defense then you get charged with attack on a federal offifer

If that happens, you can sue the cop. right? I think i saw a case where something like that happened and the non-cop guy won.
