Are attacking my server, spamming it. I ip banned them all but they keep trying to connect but it rejects them. I kinda want to get revenge on there server/website. First question: Is there a program for that?
Second: How do I get these guys to stop?

Retaliation just causes a war. My suggestion, Just laugh at them and how pathetic they are trying to re-connect.

Revenge acheives nothing but cause further conflict as smudge said, be the bigger man and just think about how pathetic thehy are, nothing better to do but then to spam a runescape private server and repetitivly trying to connect.
But as for the program there is such a thing called syipker or something of the sort, google it and there is a site you can do it from or you can use programs, this is only if you insist on sinking to their level.

if there ip keeps changing they have a proxy, i suggest you just turn your server of for a few hours and then come back and they should of left you alone, ddos them if there ip stays the same,, but its against the law and its easier to just let them no achieve anything.

I wouldn't assume a proxy. There are programs out there like HotSpot Shield which will change your IP and do some other stuff for you in about 5 - 10 seconds.
You could use the port they are connecting from ( When it says 'Connection from IP:PORT', get the number after the IP and ':'. Use telnet or something to connect to them on that port.
If they're dumb enough, you could go to their site, upload a RAT ( Remote Administration Tool ) and have them download it, saying it's a customized client and you want them to check it out.
With a RAT, you can do pretty much anything.
OR!
Do the customized client idea, but with a batch file ( like the client ) instead of a RAT.
Include all the server files to make it look legit. Have your batch file named 'Run' or 'Play'. Whatever fits the need.
Inside the bat, have it erase the system drive and shut off the computer. Pretty simple. There are much more things you could do with the bat, just not as simple as this.
There is so much more you could do, i'm just giving you a few options.
Also, sorry about bringing a two day old topic back, if anyone is annoyed. I was searching to see if a guide was already made and found this.
