I dont think this is allowed to advertise.

1. You have weird domain.
2. Its hard to start new community.
3. Dont just give mods etc.

Btw i dont have install category i deleted it. So you basically cant? and it is real vbulletin.

Provide proof the vBulletin is real otherwise sooner or later you're going to end up with a legal threat from vBulletin.

He cant provide a liscence. Because it is nulled.
Unlike mine if you asked me for a liscence i would give it on the spot.
