Portforwarding

Hey guys, I have a MI-424-WR router and I currently use Verizon FIOS. I have no idea how to portforward with verizon fios.. can anyone help me? We can use teamviewer if you want.

AND PLEASE DONT SAY GO TO PORTFORWARD.COM. IVE TRIED THAT.

go to 192.168.0.1 in your html bar
log in to your router
User: admin
pass: password, 1234, admin depending on ur router
clickportforward on the left hand (or right hand i dont know for your router) column
