Weird no-ip offline someone help? if solution you get admin spot on my server

Okay so my server is offline
I've set the port its fine
my server is fine
i've tried redownloading nothings wrong with the server or port
when i go to no-ip
type it in on my client then i got to runelocus status checker
and it says _________.no-ip.biz is offline...
Please help
ive tried everystep
im willing to use team veiwer if you can help me thanks

1. you might not have your duc30 ( your no-ip thing ) open wheile trying to run it.. or you have missed a local host, 127.0.0.1, or a serverip= and or a 0.0.0.0 which is making it offline..

all these things are found in the clients clint.java, clients gui. java and the source client.java.. and server.java

solution: Dont use no-ip just use your reg ip i can easily get your real ip from a no-ip adress
Only the registered members can see the link.
I type in the no-ip and it gives me the real ip

Then your no-ip is set up wrong if it doesnt resolve to your real ip. Just use your real ip theres nothing wrong with it.
