adding an item onto an interface

Alright well I'm trying to add Full Smithing to my 508, and when i open the smithing interface it looks like this:

Only the registered members can see the link.

And I'm trying to add the item picture to the interface.

I've been told this has something to do with creating a frame, so how would i go about doing that?
