RAM means nothing.

An i7 950 with 6GB RAM will DESTROY an i3 530 with 12GB.

It all depends on what you do.

My spec:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955
Motherboard: DFI LanParty-DK 790FX-M2RS
RAM: Crucial Ballistix (2x2GB) 4GB DDR2 800MHz RAM
GPU: XFX HD 5770
HDD: Samsung F3 1TB
PSU: XFX 650W XXX
Case: Coolermaster CM 690 II Advanced

What is with people thinking that RAM instantly makes a computer "faster"? RAM will improve multitasking to a certain point, but that's really about all it will do for you.

Rams important to me cuz my internet download speed with nearly 3gb of Ram is 25kbs while with 1gb of Ram its 4kbs so yeah... slow net.

You do realize that RAM has literally nothing at all to do with internet speed right?

I'd also like to point out a 1GB graphics card means nothing.

A graphics card with 512MB could still be quicker than yours.

It's the graphics processor that counts, the RAM only helps with the amount of objects that can be loaded at once.
