Starting up my server. I just made a rsps

Okay so i tried using the xEvolution source..i extracted and tried pressing start server and it says, "Voule Auto restart
cannot find process: Java
Restarting server
Server is already in use."

i got the newest version of jdk update 20
i made the CLASSPATH and PATH...IDK WHATS WRONG!!!:(:(:(

no i dont have another server running. do u have teamviewer? maybe u coul help

Okay i fixed the error message but now i have another problem. Now when i start server it says "finished. Press any key to continue."
I dont think its supposed to say that? And when i try logging onto my server it says error connecting to server. Am i possibly not doing something right? im new to this so please help me out.
Is there something else im supposed to have running in the backround? i used utorrent to portforward. HELPHELPHELP!!!

Am i supposed to have utorrent running? i have it running at the moment. I dont have a run.bat i have a Runserver and a compiler.
