DAY 2 (GETTING WORSE) NOT FIXED! Updater.exe!

Hello, this is the second day that a computer on my network has been attacked. IT IS NOT A JOKE! The site WAS NOT some kind of gaming server, or anything of the sort. My other computer is showing reults of am attack. After this continuous pop-up of (Program Allowance) and after clicking DO NOT ALLOW Updater.exe, it happens no more, because another one of my actions. Ive gotten so frustrated that on the other computer, i click allow, to see what would happen. There is CONTINUOUS BUFFER OVERFLOWS! Let alone the little box appears asking me if BlackOut Crypter Owns? Yes Or No, or i can click the X. So let me see, i dont think anything has been resolved, only the site has been resolved, not peoples computers that have been worked hard for!

Get this through your thick skull: I have been gone all weekend. I just got back a few hours ago. I don't dedicate 100% of my time to figuring out all the problems on RuneLocus. Get the fuck over it. Iki is in the process of fixing it. If you got infected, learn to do a fucking system restore to before you got infected. It's not that hard.

I understand that people are mad, but they do NOT need to blame the staff. The staff can't do anything with the toplist because Iki hasn't given them access to it yet. The site is still in the process of being revised. People need to realize that.

dude calm down, We all know the website is having problems, and the only person who can fix it is Ikiliki, so why blame the rest of the mods for not knowing? It's summer, Chad can go have fun and not be on Runelocus 24/7 if he doesn't want to. Moderators have life outside of being a mod on a forum.

Yes, you were infected, the toplist was hacked and had links to bad clients, however, it's not entirely our fault when you have such bad PC security yourself. We've extended plenty of hand to try and help you guys. I myself was up 2:30 in the morning trying to contact a few server owners, unfortunatly, it was 2:30 and kids have to sleep. You need to stop trying to blame everyone, and start trying to fix it. It's not hard to reformat, or obtain antivirus software and a firewall that has the ability to detect and fix what you have.

You may have a "PERFECTLY FINE laptop" but you obviously don't have a PERFECTLY FINE antivirus or firewall. Learn to do a System Restore and quit whining.

Its just the fact that, it seems as the owners of runelocus thinks its a simple problem when its not. The site was litterly an unsafe site to go to for about 10-30 minutes, WHICH IS LONG ENOUGH TO GIVE INFECTIONS. The Content of a Toplist Page is not of Runelocus, so if you click on a Link, Or download a Virus. Runelocus is not responsible for it.

To be quite honest; none of this is the staff's fault. It was a slight error from kids rushing and persisting him to bring out the toplist again. As for the infection; Avast Internet Security isn't the best out their; If you want real security use something like McAfee - They at least detect the latest FUD encryptions being used at the time; Avast hardly update. It's a well known fact McAfee can detect a FUD 20x quicker than any other software due to it's constant updating. Besides that's off point; it's you're fault for clicking 'allow'. You can't blame RuneLocus Staff and or Members for you being a smart ass and seeing what happens.
