He changed it to Velrix is back and changed my password and email. WTF? He has my votes and everything, too now. I have proof of my email that I can give Iki. I need help ffs...

Toplist will be resetting in a few days anyways, So hang in there until than, Best advice I can give.

There Might be other options, I just don't know any that can be done quick enough due to so many people loosing there Toplist page, It would be a chaos trying to get everyone's request done as there is only 1 Ikiliki and so many hacked toplists.

You might just have to accept what is happening right now to your server because most people are going through this tragic scenario where password has been changed, server deleted and hacked etc. This week is pretty tough for all top servers experiencing the loss of players.
