Hi I am requiring a PHP script/form that has and does the following:
Date purchased, Date due, Plan, Price and Email and it will send a reminder out to the email a couple of days before the Date due and an email to me on the due date?
I want this as a form so I can fill out out and then it does the actions I explained.
I am just simply not experienced enough to do this.
