Effects used:
- overlay of a texture
- clipping mask of a texture
- grunge brush to create scene
- liquify to create flow
- filter ocean ripple to add distort background
- gradiant to creat background
- gradiant map to bring together the image
- use of pen tool to create a rap around (unnecessary)
