Can i Update my Server like adding npcs etc with my Windows Vista 64 bit System?
Becuase i have heard i can not Update things with a 64 bit system, is it True?

Thats not true.. Lol? The update is in source file, It also depends if sourcle is runnable on your computer. Some computers cant run 508+ Like windows vista, they have a little glitch, some times it works and some times it doesnt.
