3/10, your using default font, the design isn't eye appealing (the design itself is extremely dark), the hover on the buttons are kinda ugly, instead of setting a border, just have it change backgrounds or something. Its small, atleast make your design 800px wide.

I'm goign to have it so you can switch the color scheme between: red, blue, green, and purple. Haven't actually done it yet tho ;o

it was dull to look at and the roll over buttons weren't too exiting either but it could be easily improved with some flash maybe? or even by making the page wider and adding more content but i would rate it 6/10.

Like Fellixombc said, it's a little plain and basic. You should make wider, somewhere around 800px. Don't use that gradient for the navigation bar, it's too simple. Otherwise, at least make the navigation in button or tab form so it's not so simple.
